Ride Quality & Performance Expectations
Suspension performance and ride comfort are inherently subjective and may vary depending on vehicle setup, load, driving style, road conditions, and customer expectations.
Xtreme Gravel Gear shock absorbers are engineered and tested to meet stated design specifications. However, dissatisfaction based on ride feel, comfort, firmness, or driving characteristics does not constitute a product defect.
Warranty claims will not be accepted for shocks that are functioning as designed but do not meet an individual customer’s ride quality expectations.
Xtreme Gravel Gear is happy to provide setup advice where applicable; however, setup guidance does not imply a guarantee of ride comfort or suitability for individual preference.
Important Notes
Body Lifts: We do not recommend combining suspension kits with body lifts. These setups may compromise handling and vehicle safety.
Safety First: Ensure all installations are performed by a qualified mechanic. A post-install check at 1,500 km should include wheel alignment, torque check, brake and steering inspection, and speedometer calibration.
Know Your Manufacturer Warranty: Installing aftermarket components may affect your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. Always review your OEM terms before fitting.
Liability Disclaimer: Xtreme Gravel Gear is not liable for injury, vehicle damage, or legal compliance issues resulting from incorrect use, modification, or non-certified installation of its products
